In preparation for my degree show, I set myself a challenge: to create an entirely new character within a tight three-week deadline. To make this achievable, I focused on creating a bust—excluding the legs and hands to save time without compromising on detail.
For this project, I wanted to dive deeper into hard surface modeling, with a particular focus on armour. I came across a concept that immediately inspired me to create what I now call The Executioner—though, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to track down the original artist.
I used Marmoset to present the final piece and I’m really pleased with how it turned out. Looking forward to any feedback!
